Dear Sir,

This is to confirm that the above Society registered under No.________________________ dated __________.

We hereby assure you that the said flat-(flat address), as well as the said building and the land appurtenant thereto are not subject to any encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind whatsoever and that the entire property is free and marketable.

We further confirm that we have a clear, legal and marketable title to the said property and every part thereof, and that all taxes and dues in respect thereof have been paid up to date.

We have no objection to your giving a loan to the said allottee Mr.______________ and his/he mortgaging the said flat with you by way of security for repayment.

We hereby undertake to mark lien in our Books in favor of (Bank Name) in respect of these premises and would like to state in future no fresh lien against the said premises will be registered without prior approval of your bank in writing.
